why is it important for any company to use CRM strategies to manage customer information?

It is important because the firm can analyze it to identify paters and create marketing campaigns and sales promotions for differences customer segments.For example,if a customer buys only at height of the season ,the firm should send a special offer during the off-season .It also provide the better customer service.

It also can make call centers more efficient

For example we can call the operator to complaint about the services.

IF the virtual world is the first point of contract between a company and its customers,how might that transform the entire shopping experience?

 Advantages...
1)It is more easy and the conversation can be clear.

2) We get to have data regardless of the time and location. 

3) Higher Speed

1)high cost in maintenance
